Dover Shores is a beautiful place to live. I went there few times for my official work. It would be so good if I own a home there. But  would it be an intelligent decision of buying a property in this bad situation of economy? I mean would I get a property in a less price?

Of course you can get a great buy right now and it will absolutely go up in value more than most areas. You just have to hang on to it 5 years or more.
